Find your next role.
We work across four sectors and both sides of the border. Tell us what you're looking for, and we'll do the matching.
You never pay us. Candidates are not charged a fee at any stage, and your resume never goes to an employer without your say-so.
How we protect youHow it works
Three steps to your next role.
Apply
Share your background and what you're looking for. No account required, no resume black hole.
Interview
We match you to real, open roles that fit, and prep you for the conversation before you walk in.
Placement
You start the role. We check in through the first weeks to make sure it's working for both sides.
How we protect you
-
No fees, ever
Employers pay us. Job seekers do not, for any reason, at any stage.
-
Your resume stays with us until you say so
We never send your resume to an employer without your permission for that specific role.
-
Right to Represent, in plain language
When you apply to a role, we ask for your Right to Represent. It lets us present your details to that one employer for that one role. Without it, we do not submit you. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

Candidate questions
Do I pay anything?
No. Candidates are never charged a fee, at any stage.
How long until I hear back?
We reply to every application and message within one business day. If a role moves forward, a recruiter contacts you directly. If it does not, and you have agreed to it, we keep your resume on file for future matches.
Can I apply to more than one role?
Yes. Apply to as many as fit. If more than one employer wants you, we will talk through the options with you before anything is submitted.
What is Right to Represent?
It is your permission for us to present your details to one employer, for one role. We ask for it when you apply to a specific role. We do not submit you anywhere without it, and you can withdraw it by emailing us.
Do you help with interview preparation?
Yes. Recruiters brief you before an interview, and we have written short guides for each sector: light industrial, skilled trades, office and administrative and professional.
Will my resume be shared without my permission?
No. Your resume goes to an employer only for a role you have agreed to be put forward for.
Don't see the right role yet?
Send us your resume. We'll reach out when the right opening comes through.
