What you'll do
- Assess and manage disability claims against policy terms
- Coordinate with claimants, employers, and medical providers on return-to-work planning
- Document case decisions and maintain accurate claim files
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of disability or health claims management experience
- Strong case-management and organizational skills
- Clear, empathetic written and verbal communication
